Delete your account.
Delete in the app
- Open the Profile tab in your Sturgeon-powered park app.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm Delete permanently.
This deletes your sign-in, profile, badges, visit history, uploaded files, owned groups, reports, blocks, and other account-linked content. The deletion cannot be undone.
Delete on the web
Sign in, open Settings, and use Delete account. You can complete the deletion without installing the app.
Cannot access the app?
Email contact the privacy team from the address on your account. We will verify ownership before deleting it and confirm completion. Requests are normally completed within seven days.
