Delete in the app

1. Open the Profile tab in your Sturgeon-powered park app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm Delete permanently.

This deletes your sign-in, profile, badges, visit history, uploaded files, owned groups, reports you submitted, blocks, saved and archived activities, and synced health totals from our active systems. The deletion cannot be undone.

Delete on the web

Sign in, open Settings, and use Delete account. You can complete the deletion without installing the app.

Data that may remain

Security audit records remain for up to two years, with the account reference cleared on deletion. Pseudonymous app content analytics events remain for up to 13 months, and optional landing-page form answers for up to 180 days after submission, with their account reference removed. Another person's moderation report and its preserved content snapshot may remain for safety investigations and enforcement history without a fixed automatic expiration. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be kept indefinitely. See our Privacy Policy for the full data retention and deletion policy, including daily cleanup schedules.

Cannot access the app?

Email contact the privacy team from the address on your account. We will verify ownership before deleting it and confirm completion. Requests are normally completed within seven days.
